Our Tax Organizer is a simple form that is easy to fill out and will provide all of the necessary information to prepare your taxes. It helps helps you organize your tax information to ensure that you don’t miss any important deductions.
There are 3 separate download links. Only the first, basic tax organizer is required for all clients. Click the buttons below to download.
- Basic tax organizer – This is required for any new client. This includes the Engagement Letter, Tax Questionnaire, along with forms to give us all the required information to begin tax preparation for all new clients.
- Small business organizer pages – This includes additional pages to help small businesses, independent contractors, and sole proprietors summarize their business income and expenses, as well as provide information needed to take home office and mileage deductions. (optional)
- Rental organizer pages – This includes additional pages to summarize rental income and expenses, you will want to print one of these for each rental if you have multiple. (optional)
